Whitney is originally from Marietta, Georgia. She graduated in 2004 from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Science in Education in Health Promotion and Behavior. In 2007, she received her master's degree in Health Promotion from Virginia Tech. She enjoys tennis, hanging out with her dogs Mandy and June and being outdoors. In December 2008, Whitney married Tommy Evans - congratulations to the newlyweds.
