About Women's Lacrosse Club
The Virginia Tech Women's Lacrosse Team finished 18-2-1 and claimed the 2009 WDIA National Championship in Scottsdale, Arizona on May 9th. They went into the tournament as the #6 seed and defeated Central Florida, Colorado State, Florida and Colorado to end their season as #1 in the nation. They also claimed the Mid-Atlantic Women's Lacrosse League championship! The Women's Lacrosse Club has a strong record, incorporates social events, and the team remains close knit and strong. All playing levels are welcome to join
