Welcome to VT Fitness!


Thanks for choosing VT Fitness to assist you with your exercise goals. Whether you are a novice, intermediate, or advanced exerciser, we have something for you. The Fitness Program provides an array of services, including but not limited to, Group Exercise Classes, Personal Training, Fitness Assessment, Champ's Running Club, Wellness Programs, and Fitness Events. We welcome you to browse through our website at the links to the left to discover what awaits you here at Virginia Tech. Throughout the year we offer a variety of events, strength and conditioning workouts, master classes, and the ever so popular University Bookstore Homecoming 5k Run/Walk and the annual Bench Press Competition.
