Fitness Assessments

A Fitness Assessment includes a series of measurements that help you better understand your current health status and physical fitness levels compared to the set norms for your age and gender. There are an endless number of possible tests and measures that your trainer may use to determine your baseline fitness level. The specific tests used will depend on your health and fitness goals, the trainer's area od expertise, and the type of exercise regime being planned. Overall, the Fitness Assessment will include measures for the following: resting vitals, cardiovascular fitness, body composition, muscular strength, muscular endurance, and flexibility. In addition, functional movement screens will also be conducted.
