Starting an exercise program can be overwhelming and sticking with it can be challenging. With proper planning, support, and instruction, reaching your goals is possible. Below is a list of potential programs that may be just right for you.

Hiring a Personal Trainer for an Orientation Session will help you:

  1. Become acclimated to the Weight Room and the Equipment
  2. Establish realistic fitness goals with a schedule to track progress.
  3. Learn about your current fitness levels.
