Group Exercise
The Virginia Tech Group Exercise Program provides students, staff, faculty, and long-term guests the opportunity to participate in a variety of fitness classes that foster healthy relationships and fitness education. Over 100 Group X classes in many formats are offered weekly at both McComas and War Memorial Hall during the Fall and Spring semester including strength, dance, mind/body, cycle, aqua, and a variety of cardio classes. We also offer a variety of passes to meet your needs. Register online today.
