Virginia Tech Fitness offers over 30 highly skilled personal trainers that can create you a safe and customized fitness program that will help you attain your personal goals. Our personal trainers will give you the attention you deserve and to allow for you to focus on your individual workout without interruption. You can work one on one with a personal trainer, with a friend, or even in a small group up to six people.

Most of our trainers are nationaly certified through ACE, NASM, AFAA, AFPA, and more. They collectively possess expertise in a wide array of subject manners that includeTRX, competitive bodybuilding, ultra marathon running, powerlifting, functional exercises and much much more. Courtney B.
Courtney Blondino is a sophomore from Richmond, Virginia studying
Human Nutrition, Food, and Exercise Science with a Medicine and
Society minor. She is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, along with
her CPR and AED certifications, and has worked for VT Rec Sports since
her freshman year. Her passion for fitness was amplified in her first
