PT Incentive (Fall 2007)
The Gift That Keeps Giving:
When you hire a Personal Trainer, you will receive a gift that will help you reach your fitness goals. Prizes go to the first 50 people in each category:

| 8 - 18 Sessions | 50 Clients receive a FREE pedometer. |

Makeover Contests:
Between 2004 and 2006, any Virginia Tech patron who hired a Recreational Sports Personal Trainer and purchased a session package with 8 or more sessions was eligible to be selected for a Make-Over Story. The winners received nutrition, wellness and apparel selection advising while undergoing an intense workout regimen each semester. At the end of the semester, the winners received their full make-overs which included a day at a local salon and a shopping spree at a local mall.

FREE Week of Group Exercise Classes August 25 - 31
All group exercise classes will be free the first week of school so potential participants can try out different classes prior to purchasing a pass. Classes will be offered in McComas Hall and War Memorial Hall. Class schedules and eligibility requirements
NEW War Memorial Fitness Pass
Faculty, staff, and eligible War Memorial Hall users can now purchase a semester ($25) or a year ($47) fitness pass to attend group exercises in War Memorial Hall. FREE Week, Aug 25 - 31, is offered for WMH Group Exercise classes so potential participants can try out classes prior to purchasing a pass, no need to register for FREE week, just show up.
