There is flexibility to vary your schedule depending on your availability throughout your training period. Each session is 60 minutes.
The Personal Training sessions to the left can be broken into different week plans to meet your scheduling needs. For example:
4 Week Plans

Partner Training Packages

These packages may be used for individuals who want to train with one trainer with a small group (2-3 people). Each session is 60 minutes. All members using partner training must register individually. Only one person needs to submit payment.
Orientation & Fitness Assessment Packages
The Fitness Assessment is available to check your current fitness level.
Orientation Package $20
This 2-session package includes a 60 minute exercise test that consist of resting heart rate, blood pressure, percent body fat, cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, and flexibility testing. Following the assessment, a second 60 minute session will be scheduled to establish a personalized exercise program and orientation to the weight room. This package is perfect for beginners who would like help getting started on a fitness program.
