Instructional Gymnastics Programs
What is the gymnastics program?
Our gymnastics program provides an opportunity for children in the New River Valley to learn how to tumble, get some exercise, and just have fun! Our friendly and experienced instructors provide children with guided instruction on various events to improve comfort, flexibility, and strength while giving positive reinforcement. We pride ourselves in providing a quality program that is fun and safe.
Is this program for beginner or experienced gymnasts?
We welcome all levels! No previous experience is necessary.
What is the structure of a typical gymnastics class?
Each class is led by two enthusiastic instructors to ensure every child participates and receives positive corrective feedback. On the first day of class, there is a parent/guardian orientation that all parents are encouraged to attend. If you or your child is a person with a disability and desire assistance or accommodation, please notify Krista Gwilliam.
