Participants will improve their cooking skills, learn new techniques, and develop healthy cooking and eating strategies – all in a fun, social environment. All classes are only $5- this includes a meal and recipe booklet- and take place in Wallace 405. Sign up is required – space is limited, so sign up early.

Eating healthy does not have to mean giving up your favorite foods. Join us and learn how to put a healthier spin on some traditional favorites. This class will prove it is possible to please your palate and take care of those comfort-food cravings without sacrificing nutrition!
Come spice things up by learning some multicultural recipes! We will experiment with different flavors as we learn some recipes from around the world.
Private Cooking Classes
Private cooking classes are ideal for student organizations, Residence Hall programs, or any other group. Our wellness instructors will provide a fun and informative program for your group, with a variety of menus to choose from. Please allow at least a two-week notice when scheduling.
