Do you feel intimidated by the thought of going to the gym? Or are you someone who feels overwhelmed by the idea of lifting? We know that gymtimidation is real and we are here to help!
Join us for Women on Weights!
The event takes place when the gym is CLOSED and is for women who want to learn more about the gym and working out. We'll help you feel comfortable coming to the gym, show you how to use equipment, and teach you how to do basic lifts. This will included demonstrations and hands-on chances to try lifts and get comfortable doing them. You'll leave with four workouts that you can come back and do any time! Join us!
