The Hokie Movement campaign was created by Recreational Sports in 2019 to promote the benefits of regular exercise and provide accessible resources for VT students, staff, and faculty to incorporate more movement into their daily lives.


Hokie Movement Week

This semester, for Hokie Movement Week, Rec Sports will be doing pop-up giveaways all across campus. Hokie Movement is all about getting active, getting moving, and making fitness more fun! Come find us, hang out for a bit, and grab earn a giveaway item while supplies last!
