The Hokie Movement campaign was created by Recreational Sports in 2019 to promote the benefits of regular exercise and provide accessible resources for VT students, staff, and faculty to incorporate more movement into their daily lives.


How to Participate in The Hokie Movement

This September, it’s time to get moving—one letter at a time! Join the Hokie Movement challenege by spelling out the word HOKIE through five different workouts or activities. From hiking to high ropes, kickboxing to kettlebells, obstacle courses to outdoor runs, the possibilities are endless.

Track your activities on STRAVA by tagging the letter you’ve completed. Join the STRAVA club here.
