Group Exercise Schedule

New to Group Ex in Spring '24: "Tredz"

Whether it’s your first time working out on a treadmill or you consider yourself a pro, this small group training class is for you!

Tredz is a 45-minute workout that will improve your cardiovascular fitness through different intervals of work on the treadmill while also conditioning your muscles with weighted and unweighted exercises off the treadmill. With the attention of one of our personal trainers in a small group setting, you will learn how to operate the treadmill and monitor your exercise intensity for an overall great workout.

All fitness levels are welcome! Low impact alternatives are available in the form of walking on an incline on the treadmill or completing the cardio portion on a stationary bike.

Tredz takes place in McComas' third-floor cardio cove next to the indoor track (pictured below).
